REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

THE COOL DADDY COMMITMENT Because every piece is made-to-order and crafted specifically for you to avoid overproduction and environmental waste, we enforce a strict return protocol. Mindful shopping is part of the pact.

1. RETURN WINDOW & ELIGIBILITY You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a request. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, pristine condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all security tags intact.

2. THE MANDATORY PRE-INSPECTION PROCESS We do not accept unsolicited returns. To prevent abuse of the system, every request must undergo a digital audit:

• You must email info@cooldaddy.it providing your Order ID and detailed high-resolution photographic documentation of the product (front, back, and close-ups of the labels/embroidery).

• Our quality control team will review the imagery to verify the item's integrity and eligibility.

• Only after a formal "Eligibility Confirmation" from our team will you receive the return authorization.

3. LOGISTICS & COSTS To maintain our sustainable model and support our initial shipping contributions, all return shipping costs and logistics are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• We strictly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Cool Daddy is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.

• If the physical item received does not match the photographic evidence previously submitted, the return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

4. REFUNDS Refunds are only processed after a successful physical inspection at our warehouse. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
