CRAFTING & LOGISTICS

Why does delivery take 7-12 days? We operate on an exponential "Made-to-Order" model. We do not hold dusty inventory. Each piece is crafted specifically for you the moment you order it. This eliminates waste and ensures maximum quality. Craftsmanship takes time; the journey is part of the value.

Where is my tracking number? As soon as your item leaves our atelier (usually within 3-4 business days), you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.

Why do you charge for shipping? To keep our product prices fair and our production sustainable, we ask for a small contribution on smaller orders. However, we offer free shipping on all orders over €60.

ORDERS & CHANGES

Can I modify my size or address? You have a strict 2-hour window immediately after purchase to email us at info@cooldaddy.it for any changes. After that, the crafting process begins automatically.

What is your return policy? Because every item is made specifically for you, we encourage mindful shopping. Returns are accepted within 14 days under a strict pre-inspection protocol (photos required). Please refer to our Returns Policy link in the footer for full details.
